The incumbent will be responsible for overall partner and Cluster Facilitator capacity building in ISAL in the following areas:- Internal Savings and Lending (ISAL), Selection, Planning and Management of Income Generating Activities (SPM), Cluster Facilitator concept, programme monitoring and evaluation tools and data collection. The successful incumbent will be responsible for promoting effective integration of the ISAL methodology with other program interventions/methodologies in the YEP.  S/he will coordinate ISAL clients/groups capacity building by partners in assigned areas. S/he will participate in preliminary partner Memorandum of Agreement development.  S/he will facilitate the conduct of quarterly partner review meetings in assigned area of operation.  S/he will be responsible for developing project annual, quarterly and monthly implementation plans with the partners.  S/he will ensure timely production and submission of annual, quarterly and monthly narrative and statistical reports.
Qualifications, experience and competencies
–    Training Degree/ Diploma / adult education, microfinance, urban and rural development, business studies
–    At least 2 years experience working with partners and savings clubs in both rural and urban communities
–    Ability to train, coach and mentor partners and savings clubs
–    Good analytical and conceptual skills and understanding of the functions of the microfinance sector in Zimbabwe
–    Analysis, presentation and reporting
–    Good interpersonal and communication skills
–    Good coordination and facilitation skills
–    Ability to work independently as well as in a teams
–    Good partner and stakeholder engagement, relationship building and management skills
